Neon LifeBar patch for mugen 1.0 released

Este es un parche creado por Gara para corregir algunos errores en la lifebar, es solo para la version del mugen 1.0, para actualizar simplemente remplaza los archivos en data/neon

>Arreglado error con imagen de los cursores de diagonal 1 y 2
>Agregada opcion de restaurar los cursores desde el menú "CursorPack"
>Agregado botón para restaurar un solo cursor que aparece sobre los botones de los cursores
con un preview del cursor por default
>Agregada imagen previa del cursor seleccionado en la lista

Wyler Pals released!

Hola de nuevo, ahora les traigo unas paletas para Wyler de Werewood, que solo tiene una pal, el char lo pueden descargar en este link [Wyler], para mas info del char aqui (en inglés) [Foro], para instalar solo remplazen los archivos. Para usar las paletas de Hulk y Red Hulk  remplacen en el aof3_wyler.def  la paleta que quieran remplazar por la de hulk/red hulk, Ej.: Pal2 = aof3_wyler_2.act | Pal2 = aof3_wyler_hulk.act --------------------------------------------------------------- Hi again, now I present to you the new palettes to Wyler by Werewood, this have only one palette, the char can be downloded in this link [Wyler], for more info about this char click here [Forum], to install replace all files. Una actualizacion opcional para mi screenPack, solo actualizé la fuente de los stages agregandole ! y ?; solo remplacen las fuentes en data/neon/font.
